Kristin A. Boehm, M.D., FACS, is an Atlanta based, fellowship trained, double board certified plastic surgeon with more than 20 years experience. Dr. Boehm believes there’s nothing more empowering than feeling comfortable in one’s own skin, and she offers both surgical and non-surgical procedures to help patients achieve this outcome. 

 

Dr. Boehm takes a natural, compassionate, and personalized approach to enhance a person's existing features and create subtle, harmonious improvements that maintain individuality and authenticity. Her methods prioritize balanced and refined results that emphasize rejuvenation over transformation.

Dr. Boehm is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Boehm is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She attended the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry for her medical degree. She completed a five-year general surgery residency at the University of Rochester and trained at the University of Utah for her plastic surgery residency. While at the University of Utah, she won the Gaspar W. Anastasi Award, which is presented to the highest rated resident scientific paper at the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s annual meeting. Dr. Boehm was selected for a fellowship in Aesthetic and Oculoplastic Surgery at Paces Plastic Surgery in Atlanta, where she learned from and operated with leaders and innovators in plastic surgery.  

 

Her current practice focuses on aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body as well as non-invasive procedures including injectables and device-based therapies. 

 

If Dr. Boehm’s out-of-office notification is on, she’s likely on a long run with her rescue dog, working an animal adoptions shift at the Atlanta Humane Society, or boarding a plane for her next travel adventure.
