Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)
Blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, improves the appearance of the eyelids. It can be performed on the upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.
The procedure involves removing or repositioning excess skin and fat to correct upper lid skin redundancy, fat prominence under the eyes, or other age-related changes.
Post op swelling and bruising gradually diminish over 1-2 weeks.
Results can enhance the aesthetic appearance as well functionality such as peripheral vision.
Submental (Neck) Liposuction
Submental liposuction, also known as chin or neck liposuction, addresses excess fat from the area beneath the chin and along the jawline to create a more defined and youthful profile.
The procedure involves making small incisions under the chin or behind the ears, inserting a thin tube (cannula), and suctioning out the fat. It is typically performed under local anesthesia in office and can be combined with skin tightening.
A chin strap is worn post operatively and with most swelling and bruising subsiding within 1–2 weeks.
FaceTite (Radiofrequency Skin Tightening)
Submental FaceTite is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that tightens skin and reduces fat in the area beneath the chin and along the jawline. It uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) technology to melt fat and stimulate collagen production, improving skin elasticity and contour.
The procedure involves small incisions where a thin probe delivers controlled radiofrequency energy to heat and tighten the underlying tissues. It is typically performed under local anesthesia and requires minimal downtime compared to traditional surgical options.
Recovery takes about 1–2 weeks, with mild swelling and bruising.
Results improve over several months as collagen builds, providing a more youthful and defined neck and jawline.
Otoplasty
Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is a cosmetic procedure to correct protruding or prominent ears.
The procedure typically involves making incisions behind the ear to reshape cartilage and reposition the ear closer to the head for a more natural appearance. It is often performed on children aged 6 and older, as their ears are fully developed, but adults can also benefit.
A head wrap is worn for a week after surgery and then a protective headband for another three weeks to maintain position.
Results are permanent and instill self-confidence in patients.
Earlobe Repair
Split earlobe repair is a surgical procedure to correct torn or stretched earlobes, often caused by heavy earrings, trauma, or prolonged use of gauged earrings.
The procedure involves trimming the edges of the split or stretched area and suturing the tissue together to restore the earlobe’s natural shape. It is typically performed under local anesthesia and takes about 30–60 minutes per earlobe.
Recovery is quick, with sutures removed within a week and minimal scarring. The earlobe can usually be re-pierced after a few months, once healing is complete.
Facelift
Facelift surgery, or rhytidectomy, typically addresses issues such as sagging skin, jowls, and loose skin or excess fat in the neck.
During the procedure, the underlying facial tissues are resuspended, and excess skin removed to restore a more youthful appearance.
Facelifts are often combined with other procedures, such as eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), for more comprehensive results.
Recovery usually takes a few weeks, with most swelling and bruising subsiding within 2–3 weeks.
Results can last 10–15 years, depending on factors like age, skin quality, and lifestyle.
